Luvonia Return & Refund Policy

At Luvonia, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final on Used Products

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

Returns for Unused & Unopened Items

We accept returns only if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, contact us at Luvoniabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, the item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (please review ingredients before purchase)

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delayed shipments once the order has been handed to the carrier

Shipping Issues

Luvonia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend choosing shipping options with tracking and insurance.
