Thank you for shopping with Luvonia. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided by the carrier.

Luvonia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs delays (for international orders, if applicable)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Luvonia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Luvonia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We strongly recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Luvonia has no control over these charges.
